Job Description

A top-tier pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to contribute to our HR and Payroll Administration Department on a 3-month contract.

Responsibilities:

Industrial Relations (IR):

  • Handle employee relations matters.
  • Interpret and apply employment legislation.
  • Manage disciplinary processes and grievance resolutions.

HR Administration:

  • Execute and streamline HR processes with precision.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.

Leave Administration:

  • Oversee leave policies and processes.
  • Address employee queries regarding leave balances and policies.

Payroll Administration:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Matric qualification.
  • Human Resources Diploma is mandatory.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in HR Administration.
  • Strong Industrial Relations (IR) experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
