Our dedicated recruitment team matches candidates to client specifications which include EAP objectives.

  • Recruitment Methodology and Strategic Alignment includes;Customized Recruitment & Selection, Interview, Assessment Methodology.

  • Search/Headhunting: Isilumko can perform targeted candidate searches in cases where candidates with scarce skills are required.
  • Strategic Partnerships: We make use of our existing partnerships with clients, candidates and recruitment industry bodies.
  • Listing of disability and accommodation requirements where necessary, Provide Medical Proof of Disability (Certified by medical practitioner, completed SARS ITR-DD Forms).
  • Assessment: Learners assessments include systems & computer literacy for as well as assessed for their aptitude and numeric skills.

Disability Initiatives

Our service offerings within Disability are tailored to client specifications and include the following components:

  • Full Project Management and Facilitation of Disability Projects.

  • Partnering with reputable organizations for Hosting of learners where client requires option.
  • Disability sensitization Workshops to client employees (4hr Workshops).
  • Sourcing suitable hosts capable of accommodating learners with disabilities.

Project Management of Training Interventions (Skills Courses, Learnerships & Internships)

  • Due diligence, Coordination with relevant SETA’s, facilitating all documentation for registration.
  • Implementing SETA compliant business strategies.
  • Facilitate administration of skills development and all SETA quality assurance.
  • Align client company policies to the Skills Development Act.
  • Take action as external SDF.
  • Register Learnership programmes for unemployed individuals or existing employees.

Hosting Initiatives

Isilumko has over 12 years’ experience of specializing in disability programme project management and recruitment. Hosting is a partnership between organisations, whereby one company (the sponsor) funds the Learnership programme, and the other company (the host) provides the workplace facility. The benefits to the employer (sponsor) would be in the form of B-BBEE Skills Development absorption points and potential talent pool creation post Learnership. The benefit to the host company would be in the form of sponsored operational resources.
