Talent Pipeline: Credit Risk Consultants (Banking Sector)

We are building a pipeline of experienced professionals within credit risk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed credit assessments and affordability checks

• Analyse credit bureau reports and financial information

• Verify client documentation (income, bank statements, ID, etc.)

• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies

• Make risk-based decisions and provide clear motivations

• Handle client interactions professionally, including explaining outcomes

Requirements:

• BCom Degree (Finance, Accounting or Economics)

• OR 2–3 years’ experience in credit vetting / credit risk

• Experience within a banking/financial services environment

• Strong understanding of credit processes and legislation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
