Are you a relationship-builder with a passion for helping customers thrive? We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and be the voice of the customer within our company.
? What You’ll Do
? Develop and manage onboarding journeys using the new CRM tool
? Build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
? Identify upsell opportunities and reduce churn
? Act as a trusted advisor and go-to contact
? Collaborate with Sales, Product & Support teams
? Leverage CRM data to identify customer trends, churn risks
? Design and implement scalable lifecycle programs (eg. email touchpoints, automated journeys) informed by CRM analytics
? Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to ensure consistent messaging and seamless customer handoffs

? What We’re Looking For
? 2+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
? Tech-savvy with CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
? Empathy, patience & a customer-first mindset
