A leader in the E-hailing industry is seeking an experienced and Top Performing Field Sales Representative to join their team on a 6-month contract towards Johannesburg. 

What you’ll do:
Drive growth by onboarding and training drivers and fleets
Forge and manage strategic partnerships with fleets and drivers
Analyze performance metrics to unlock opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with management to design and execute driver incentive programs

What you’ll need:

Matric, relevant tertiary qualification 

2+ years in operations, analytics, or sales
Strong data-driven decision-making and business judgment
Experience in logistics software or car services (a plus)
A go-getter mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Own reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license 

Great track record - Top performer
