One of our manufacturing clients are in need of a registered, qualified and experienced Construction Safety Officer to join their team in Delmas on a 12-month assignment. 

Qualifications and experience:

Matric

SAMTRAC / NEBOSH certificate

CHSO registered 

No less than 5 years' experience as a Safety Officer in the construction sector

Report writing

Attention to detail

Compliance management

Safe execution of projects

Drive compliance 

Gaps analysis and reporting

Post work audit - evaluate permits

Track contractor HSE performance 

Valid health and safety induction

Monitor activities - confined spaces, working at heights
