This role focuses on sourcing top talent across software engineering, data, QA, and emerging technology skill sets, ensuring the business maintains a future-ready workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage technology talent
• Build and maintain talent pipelines
• Conduct talent mapping and market research
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on hard-to-fill roles
• Use ATS and sourcing tools to track pipeline activity
• Build long-term candidate relationships

Requirements

• Proven experience in technology sourcing or technical recruitment
• Strong experience sourcing for engineering, data, and QA roles
• Skilled in Boolean search, talent mapping, and pipelining
• Good understanding of technology roles and market trends
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
• Comfortable using ATS and sourcing tools
