Must be available for a 6-month contract!

Responsibilities:

• Offer and driving 5 star service to the driver partners
• Come up with new initiatives
• Handling time
• Time tracking
• Review vehicle documents
• Offer solutions to driver partners
• Troubleshooting
• Onboarding of partner drivers

Must have:

• Matric
• No less than 4- 6 years' customer service experience, ideally international campaign exposure
• Able to think outside of the box
• Solutions driven
• Energetic
• Able to work on PowerPoint, Google docs / sheets
• Excellent English communication
• Deadline driven
• Analytical
• Time management
• Customer orientated
• Clear criminal record
