Overview:
We are looking for a driven and client-focused Client Engagement Consultant to join a dynamic financial services team. This role focuses on engaging existing and new clients, driving product adoption, and identifying upsell opportunities through outbound campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to onboard and engage clients on banking products
• Assist clients with app navigation and product understanding
• Handle client queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
• Identify and execute upsell opportunities
• Perform retention (conservation) calls to prevent account closures
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and campaigns
• Meet service level agreements and quality assurance targets

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Financial degree (FAIS Accredited qualification would be preferred/advantageous)
• Strong communication and administration skills
• Sales-driven with a client-centric mindset
