Overview:
We are looking for a driven and client-focused Client Engagement Consultant to join a dynamic financial services team. This role focuses on engaging existing and new clients, driving product adoption, and identifying upsell opportunities through outbound campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to onboard and engage clients on banking products
- Assist clients with app navigation and product understanding
- Handle client queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Identify and execute upsell opportunities
- Perform retention (conservation) calls to prevent account closures
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and campaigns
- Meet service level agreements and quality assurance targets
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Financial degree (FAIS Accredited qualification would be preferred/advantageous)
- Strong communication and administration skills
- Sales-driven with a client-centric mindset
