What You’ll Do:
Engage customers with energy, insight, and genuine enthusiasm for tech
Provide expert advice on the latest gadgets, devices, and digital solutions
Drive sales through exceptional service and product knowledge
Stay ahead of tech trends and innovations to keep our customers informed
Collaborate with a team of like-minded tech lovers to smash targets and elevate the brand

Laptop and desktop repairs including: OS reloads, backing up of data, drive cloning, RAM upgrades, LCD panel and battery replacements

What We’re Looking For:
A passion for technology and digital advancements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Retail experience (preferred but not essential—we value attitude and drive!)
A customer-first mindset with a flair for sales

Minimum requirements:

Matric

At least 1- 3 years' IT Tech / Store Sales experience in IT Retail sector

Great track record as reference checks will be conducted upfront

Willing to work retail hours
