Job Description

A leader in the pathology diagnostic sector is seeking an experienced, resilient, ethical and results driven HR Manager to join their JHB team. The ideal candidate would need to have a track record of being a strong influencer, adaptable, cope with unrealistic expectations, conflict / crisis management, maintaining confidentiality. 

Key experience and qualifications:

  • Matric
  • Relevant diploma / Bachelors' degree 
  • No less than 2 years' holding a HR Supervisory / Manager title
  • No less than 5 years' HR experience 
  • Proficient with MS Office and HR related systems 
  • Great track record as reference checks will be conducted upfront x 2

  • Consult with OD Manager - OD / change management - Training for staff, upskilling, job grading 
  • IR - Disciplinaries, grievances, represent company at CCMA
  • Act as Trusted Advisor 
  • Work on HR projects - ensure company stays abreast of market and competitor trends
