As a Remuneration and Rewards Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our total rewards strategy. You’ll help ensure employees feel valued, supported, and inspired by fair and motivating reward systems that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement competitive remuneration frameworks across various levels
Benchmark salaries and benefits against market data and internal metrics
Analyse compensation trends and recommend enhancements
Support annual review cycles including salary and bonus structures
Advise HR and leadership on pay equity and legislative compliance
Develop non-financial recognition programmes aligned with company culture
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Human Resources, Payroll, Finance
SARA Registration
6 years' in depth experience in Remuneration and Rewards
Knowledge of remuneration benchmarking
Strong analytical and modelling skills (Excel mastery is a plus!)
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Experience with HRIS and remuneration tools
